Conveniently located in the main building, Alpine Lodge, the European
rooms offer mostly two double beds or one queen and are slightly smaller
than a typical North American hotel room.
Terrace
Located in both the Alpine Lodge and Mountainside Lodge, the Terrace
rooms offer two double beds, balcony or terrace and feature views of
the Niagara Escarpment and the Beaver Valley.
Superior
Terrace
Located exclusively in the Mountainside Lodge, the Superior Terrace
rooms offer choice of two double beds or one queen bed with a studio
pull out couch. They also feature a fireplace, wet bar and private terrace
or balcony. And all rooms can appreciate views of the Niagara Escarpment
and the Beaver Valley.
Summit
Room
Located exclusively in the Mountainside Lodge, the Summit Rooms offer
a choice of two double or two queen beds. They also feature a fireplace
and Jacuzzi tub, wet bar and balcony or terrace. And all rooms can appreciate
views of the Niagara Escarpment and the Beaver Valley.

Suite
Every Summit Suite is unique and different. Spacious suites are ideal for those who simply want the best. They feature
a fireplace, two queen or one king bed, private sitting area with a
studio couch, television in both the bedroom and sitting area. (Some
with a Jacuzzi tub).
Hammer
Suite
Located in the Mountainside Lodge, the Hammer Suite is a luxurious two
bedroom suite featuring a spacious living room, two fireplaces, and
three baths including Jacuzzi tubs plus the suite enjoys a welcoming
view of the Niagara Escarpment and the Beaver Valley

& Conditions
- Allergies:
All allergies should be reported at time of reservation. This process allows the Resort to qualify the allergy and recommend whether or not we are equipped to handle the needs of the Guest.
- Babysitting Services:
Babysitting is available however we strongly recommend arrangements be made in advance to avoid disappointment. Hourly charge applies.
- Cancellation Policy:
A 100% deposit is required for a one night stay. A 50% deposit is required on reservations of two or more nights. Deposits will be credited to accounts on the confirmed departure date. If it becomes necessary for a Guest to cancel a booking, the deposit shall be refundable, less a $50.00 dollar administration fee provided that the notice of cancellation has been received by the resort 7 days prior to arrival date. As is the policy with most seasonal resorts, guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date will forfeit their deposit. If a guest cancels within 6 days of their stay, they will forfeit their full deposit. However, if they rebook within 30 days, we will transfer their deposit to that booking. If they cancel the second booking, they will forfeit their full deposit. Talisman shall not be liable or responsible for loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstance beyond our control.

Our Guests may check-in anytime after 4:00 pm on the day of their arrival.
Early arrivals offered at a fee when available.
- Check-Out Time
Our Guests are required to check out of their rooms by 11:00 am, however Guests of the Resort are welcome to use our facilities throughout the last day of their stay. Late check outs offered at a fee when available.
- Interruption
The Resort shall not become liable or responsible for non-utilization of amenities and/or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather, power failure or any other circumstances beyond our control.
During winter months Guest rooms facing ski hill may be subject to higher noise levels due to ski hill maintenance.
- Payment
Our Guests may reserve their reservation with a valid credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Credit card is required at check-in and all necessary charges will be posted and applied to Guests account.
At time of check-out Guest may pay Guest account with travellers cheque or cash.
- Pets
No pets are permitted on property.
- Recreational Activities and Seasonality
Due to the seasonality of our Resort, we highly recommend that our Guests ask reservations at time of booking what activities and facilities are available for stay.
- Safety
For all Guest’s safety there is no skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, rollerblading or scooters permitted on any of the Resorts walkways or roads.
- Service Charge
Accommodation rates quoted are subject to applicable taxes and a 10% resort charge. A 15% gratuity is added to dining guest cheques of 10 or more persons.
- Smoking Policy
The Resort is a non-smoking property. Designated areas may be available.
- Tipping
Tipping at the Resort is not necessary, nor is it expected. If however, you feel you have received exceptional service from any of our staff and you would like to tip them, you are welcome to do so.
